Is eBay turning in to Amazon.com?

With all the changes coming to eBay lately I'm starting to think that they are trying to imitate Amazon.com. For example amazon.com now has very strict standards for sellers and those who fall behind get booted. In fact now you must enter a delivery confirmation number to Amazon.com before they will release your money. eBay has already changed their feedback system to the same unfair one sided system as amazon.com and now are adding stricter standards for sellers as well. Soon the buyer will have full control over every transaction. If they don't want to pay than they won't. You can have a delivery confirmation number but all the buyer has to claim is "Item not as described" and you have to give a refund. I have been giving returns past my stated policy just to avoid negative feedback. Well just a little rant for today.
